All Music Unlimited is an application for Windows Phone that lets you listen and download music from different styles and artists. Despite not having as huge a catalog as Spotify, Deezer or other similar apps, All Music Unlimited is fed by Soundcloud and accomplishes its goal easily: easy access to music from your phone.

The Soundcloud catalog on your phone

All Music Unlimited has a decent catalog of music (imported from Soundcloud) including hits from artists such as Rihanna, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Lana Del Rey, Pitbull, and other stars of the pop genre. In All Music Unlimited you'll also find older music and some which are less well known, but there's also a lot of versions of pretty dubious quality.

The content on All Music Unlimited is organized as follows: by style and by search. The list of styles is quite broad, but the content doesn't always correspond 100%. If you prefer, you can search directly by artist name, song, or album.

Once you're playing a song, All Music Unlimited offers you the option to download it to your phone and/or add it to a playlist. You can also limit yourself to listen via streaming, even lock the phone, while All Music Unlimited works in the background.

It's easy: search, listen and download (if you want)

All Music Unlimited makes things really easy for you, and that's perhaps the greatest virtue of the application. All you have to do to start listening to music is to find an artist (or category) and select what you want to listen to.

The menus are clear and accessible, and it's easy to find something you like. Also, in our tests the quality of both the reproduction and the connection to Soundcloud was faultless: good quality with no jumps.

One flaw, however, is that the album thumbnails are pretty poor and when the player is shown in full screen it is sort of an Impressionist piece of blurry pixels. In addition, All Music Unlimited has no configuration options, which is nearly always what people want.

Music on the move

If you want music on your Windows Phone and you don't mind that some songs are missing, then All Music Unlimited is a very good option, since it simplifies the process of looking, listening and downloading. If you want a more complete app and with a wider catalog, then check out Spotify or Deezer.
